Chef Bill joined Aramark in August 2016 and is excited to be the culinary director at Winthrop University. Bill is a Pro Chef Level 2 certified chef, an American Culinary Federation member of 28 years and a Research Chef Association Member for 8 years. His expertise is designing meals and menus that create memorable experiences.
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Sarah has been with Winthrop dining for 27 years and has 30 years of hospitality experience. Sarah ensures that every Winthrop special event receives the dedicated attention necessary to exceed expectations.
